RACS is a leader in outdoor innovative air-conditioning solutions, including the design and implementation of the world’s first cooling system for outdoor balconies and gardens in residential buildings and villas. CEO Profile:
Sufian Majed brings over 23 years of international experience across all phases of the construction and engineering industries. His expertise spans MEP, district cooling, renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial construction. He has extensive experience in construction, estimation, engineering, cash flow management, and project controls. Sufian has worked with various contract types, including traditional, design-and-build, EPC, and DBO contracts, covering tendering, awarding, engineering, cost management, time management, and planning. He has served in senior management roles at leading international companies.
Sufian has successfully managed all phases of project execution, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. His portfolio includes large-scale residential, commercial, mall, and industrial projects across the UAE, Jordan, Qatar, KSA, Africa, and Iraq.
He has cultivated strong relationships with business partners, identified opportunities for expansion, and driven demand for utility solutions. Sufian has led regional expansion efforts and successfully delivered complex projects under challenging conditions.
