How It Works
To help clients close the loop in obtaining easily savings, we offer financing or partnership options as follows:
FULL UTILITY PROVIDER
The developer signs a 15-20 year Cooling Service Agreement with RACS, which requires:
- Connection Fee
- Yearly Demand Charge
- Monthly Usage Fee

( SPV ) UTILITY
The developer and RACS form an SPV for the specific project and undergo due diligence, which requires:
- Connection Fee
- 3 to 5 Year Financing Period
- Monthly Usage Fee

PURCHASE + O&M
The developer purchases the whole system and enters into an O&M contract with United Cool as required:
